Addison has become a little harder to put to sleep recently. She recognizes that it's getting close to bed time and starts telling us, "I no want my milk. I no want to go to sleep." and crying about it. She cries at nap time and bed time. But yesterday at lunch time she was playing in her room and I was fixing lunch. I went to get her and she was laying in her bed curled up with B. I told her it was time for lunch and she replied, "I no want my lunch, I go to sleep." haha So I said ok and walked out. She went right to sleep. So I got to enjoy my lunch without feeding anyone else and watched a non-animated show! :)
I overheard a conversation that Addison was having with her B and peeked in to watch.
Addison: "No, no B. No playing in mommy's drawers and daddy's drawers. I spank you. No! No! Ok B I spank you?" and B got a spanking. But the best part was after she spanked him she hugged him and said, "I wuv you B". I thought it was so cute! She was remembering me punishing her for getting in our drawers in the bathroom. I loved that she hugged him because that is something we do every time. We get on her level and look her in the eyes when we discipline and afterwards we hug and tell her we love her but that she has to obey.
