Once Addison hit 18 months, she just started learning and observing faster then we have ever seen. She is talking and communicating so much better. She isn't just repeating words, but uses about 30 different words on a daily basis. Just watching her, you can tell that she is always thinking! A few of my favorite words this week are, "Help!!"..."Bubble"..."Heavy (pronounced with a B)"...and "Trash". I thought hearing Daddy was pretty cute, but she started calling me Mommy all on her own and that word really warms my heart!
I love how she tells me things and I actually understand. She has been wanting to have a blanket on her a lot to snuggle with and she calls it NightNight because she always gets tucked in with a blanket when she goes NightNight. Addison is now resposible for throwing away her diaper after she is changed and she is so proud of herself after doing it! :)
From little things like drinking out of a cup without a lid to communicating more and more, and continuing to taller than her peers...our little girl is growing up so fast! I love this age!!
