San Antonio River Walk

One morning we got up and got ready for the river walk. It's one of the things San Antonio is famous for. I feel like a tourist, but I love going every time. Two years ago Nathan and I went down there for a date at night and it was beautiful. They have lights in all the trees. There are shops, restaurants, and hotels that line the river. This time we just spent the morning down there walking up and down the river and then ate lunch at a mexican restaurant on the water.

Isn't it pretty?

Peanut ready for a ride on the river!

They offer boat tours. We didn't take one.

We found a little family of ducks. Addison pointed out the mama, daddy, and two babies. She really enjoyed watching them and we sat there for several minutes.

My mother and I (and Weston) :)

Nathan and Addison in the "cave" as she called it.

Our little family of 3 1/2.

Not spelled the same way, but we thought it was cool.

She decided to hold her backpack and push for a little bit.

They have lots of neat history type stories along the walk.

Funny little bird.
