Got on the scale this morning....down 3 pounds!! Yay! So I guess that means that getting up really early and cutting back on my food is really working. Part of me was kinda hoping that I didn't loose this week so I could stop going to the gym. haha Just kidding! So this gives me hope. Because I had been trying to loose for weeks and the scale wouldn't move. But I wasn't able to really work out. I know that is making the different. So tomorrow morning I will be at the gym!
