Major Sweet Tooth

Before I got pregnant I wasn't a huge sweet fan. I always liked a little chocolate once a month..."when Martha came to town" and every once and a while. Once I stopped getting sick, I started craving sweets. Every day thoughts would pop into my head about what kind of sweets I could have. I tried not to cave in all the time because I was trying to make my baby grow healthy, but I caved in more than I should have. I figured after I had Addison that I would go back to not caring as much. I was WRONG!! I became so used to having sweet things that I'm addicted. Think I'm exaggerating, let me break it down for you! This was from last Saturday until today.

Saturday- Turtle Waffle Bowl from DQ
Sunday- nothing
Monday- 3 cookies
Tuesday- blizzard from DQ
Wednesday- chocolate chip pancakes
Thursday-brownie/peanut butter square from mommy's group
Friday-nothing
Saturday-moon pie
Sunday- doughnut and brownie

See??? It's out of control! I was actually doing a LOT better than this before this week. But of course I decided to start going to the gym this week and I can't stop myself. haha But after tonight, I am going to take myself off sweets for two weeks. I've read that if you do that then you can get your body to stop craving them. Hope I can do it! :)

  1. Seriously??? I have most of that stuff in one day--every day. I couldn't make a log if I tried. Yesterday was a donut and two brownies. That was a light day. :)
