So my friend messaged me last night saying she had a rough day and she was so tired of vegetables. I responded with, "Did you not eat meat today?" Then she text, "I thought that was on day 10." So I went to my manual and low and behold she was right. I don't know why I thought it was day 8 all along. Maybe I just told myself I have to get to week two when I can have more protein and I would be fine. I don't think it will make that big of difference. Yesterday I sauteed a little chicken to put on my spinach salad. So yummy! Then for dinner I had baked salmon, brown rice, and greens. Also really good! So I have a little left overs so what I'm going to do is go back to only the vegetables after that is gone. I add the fruits to the shakes to make them tolerable so I pretty much only eat vegetables. (fun, fun)
I didn't gain any weight with eating the meat so I was excited about that! :)
