Getting close!

We are getting so close to putting our house on the market! The inside is almost completely done minus a few things we wanted to be "fresh" for the pictures like the floors. We have been working so hard the last few days. Especially Nathan! Yesterday we planted all of the things we bought at Lowes. It took all of our gift cards we got for Christmas and we were so thankful we asked for only that because it would have cost us a lot. It looks a lot better outside. I just wish it was about a month or two from now when all the trees will be in bloom, the flowers on some of the bushes will be out, and the grass will be green. Today our carpets are being cleaned in the bedrooms. Tomorrow I'm getting a few hanging plants for the front, doing all the floors, and then our broker is coming in the afternoon to see the house and take pictures. We haven't discussed numbers so we aren't 100% sure she will be the one we use but if she is, then the house will be on the market on Thursday!! Part of me is really nervous to see how it goes because we have been wondering if it would sale quickly or not since we built our house two years ago. I'm dreading having to have the house spotless at all times so I hope it doesn't take too long, but in this market I've really tried not to get my hopes up because it could take a long time. Say a prayer for us if you think of us please!
