Because I know you're dying to know how it's going...
Weston is staying dry!! However...the floor, potty, mommy...are not staying dry. haha He does NOT want to try standing to pee so he has to sit. Well, that's fine and dandy if you know how to aim. I'm trying to teach him but it's harder than it sounds. Occasionally he sprays things. haha
The "Other" is not going so well. He went twice this weekend and both times were in his underwear. Once at home and it wasn't too messy. Once out in public at a resturaunt and lets just say...that pair was not saveable!
Weston isn't telling me he needs to go potty but I really think part of that is because I take him more often than he is used to going so he doesn't feel that urge. I take him potty once every hour to hour and a half and he ALWAYS gets a little out (sometimes more) and he is staying dry in between.
I'm very proud of him! I even forgot to put a pull up on at nap time yesterday and he took a long nap and stayed dry.
Now if I can just figure out how to tell a two year old how to aim while sitting down. I have these neat ideas for if he was standing up but he doesn't want to do that yet. Also if we can get #2 under control. Overall though...my baby is becoming a big boy even more!
Someone once advised me to have him sit facing backwards. He can then lean forward, holding on to the lid if needed. It should make sure that most of it ends up in the water!!
