Potty Update Again

This will probably be my last potty update unless something really new arrises. Just wanted to give a final update to lookback on.

It's going really well! Saturday and Sunday Weston stayed dry the whole time and he pooped in the potty each day! I kept asking him to try each time he peed and he eventually did it. (Oh the happy dance the family did to show him how proud we were of him! haha) He still isn't telling me has to go potty but before he would always say no when I asked and now there have been a few times in which he has said yes he needed to go. Progress! Oh and I haven't been sprayed in a few days! haha He is learning to lean forward more and point down so that helps.

Overall, it's been a good experience. He had one accident at school last week but he has done well since and he pooped in his underwear Friday night for the babysitter. It can be a hassle having to worry about all the time and always making sure I take him before we leave the house and while we're out, but it really hasn't been that bad. It would also be easier if I didn't have to take his pants and shoes off each time. I'm thankful that both my kids seem to be able to hold it pretty well. I'm not really watching the clock anymore. We have some set times like when he wakes up, before nap, after nap, and bed time and then I randomly take him a few other times during the day.

I had just received my last box of diapers a couple weeks before I started potty training. I always purchased them through Amazon so they came automatically every month. I've stopped my supscription which feels awesome. (Hooray for saving money!)
