Weston's 1st Hair Cut

Decided to take Weston to get his hair cut this past weekend. I wanted to try this children only salon that a friend of mine had been to. It wasn't nearly as elaborate as I had envisioned. More of a quaint and cute type place. The lady did a great job and with her experience she was used to having to stop and adjust as Weston turned and wiggled.

Weston did so well! He never cried or got upset. He wasn't too sure when I set him on that tall seat. (for all of 4 seconds) And then I talked to him and she turned on Diego for him. He laughed when she started brushing his hair and it didn't take long. She saved some of his hair in a little bag for me to keep.

Isn't he Handsome?! I think he looks just like Nathan does now, only cuter. (Moms are allowed to say that, right?)


I don't deny that his hair looks a lot better and was getting to the point that it needed to be cut. Part of me is sad when I look at him though. I'm still getting used to it. I just can't get over how he went from looking like my baby to looking like a little boy with just a hair cut. My baby is growing up. It's a wonderful and hard thing for this very sentimental mom...
