At Sea World Addison saw some of the gifts as we passed and of course like any child she asked for one. We told her she can pick one out before we left. We went in there and at first she wanted a smaller stuffed animal. Then she spotted the giant ones. She wanted the biggest dolphin they had! She was just so sure she wanted the big one. (Which child doesn't, right?) Nathan and I were debating about it. Really it wasn't about the money per say, it was about where in the world we would put it and would she actually use it after that day, was it worth the money? While we were debating Addison spotted something else. It was one of the smallest animals. A small, killer whale that was hard and squeaked! She immediately changed her mind. I asked her several times if she was sure and she was. So that is what she got...a $4.99 whale that squeaked.
As we were walking out of the park Addison exclaimed, "Today is my lucky day! I love this whale!" It was so cute!! She has been attached to this little whale. When we go to leave she puts it somewhere for "safe keeping" as she says and she has been napping and sleeping with him. And like anything she gives a name to, it is a word she makes up. She has named him Pintote.
Addison, B, and Pintote all tucked in tonight. :)
Whew, you got out easy with that one being only $4.99! She is so cute!! Glad you are having a good time.
