This week is so busy for us. I enjoy having things to do on the weekends, but during the week I would much rather eat dinner, play with Addison, put her to bed, and then at 8 lay on the couch with my husband. This is not the case right now.
Nathan has started playing softball on our church league. I was very excited that he wanted to play because I thought that he would have fun and it would be a good chance to meet some of the other men in our church. We thought the games would be once a week. They are twice a week, but because of the rain this week and next they have three games a week. I don't get to see hardly any of them because my sweet baby goes to bed early and gets a bath at 7:30 and bed by 8. The games are 7, 8, and 9. But Nathan knows his biggest fans are still cheering him on here at home!
Also, we are in the church Passover Play. (I know...we are as shocked as you are! haha) Our church sold tickets to a dinner and show type thing where people will eat while watching the Passover play. The shows are Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night. Wednesday is the dress rehearsal and we had practice Monday. I wish I could have said no. Believe me, we did not volunteer. But when asked, I don't know how to turn people down.
It's hard planning meals around this schedule because it's different every night. I've been trying to work around Addison's schedule too. I'm ready for this week to be over!
YOu guys sound a bit like us. It will all be over soon and hopefully, things will be back to normal. Hope the play goes well and you have fun doing it!
