My William...he thinks he's hot stuff when he gets to sit at the table and play like his sister. Unfortunately not near as many things are safe as they used to be. ;)
Nathan and I got to go out on a date the other night. Some friends were having a birthday party so we decided to hire a babysitter and grab dinner before alone. I took a picture of this moment because dates are pretty much the only time he gets a chance to open my car door for me anymore. It used to be a regular thing, but now if we go somewhere the kids are almost always with us and our hands are full.
This picture is cute to me. Without being staged at all they took the perfect bath picture and covered their private parts. haha
They have some moments where we see siblings not getting along. Mostly this is because little man is stealing whatever sister has and she gets upset...or he pulls her hair...and occasionally she steals something of his and runs away just to get him to chase her. I'm sure one day it will bother us and we don't let them know how funny we think it is. We are teaching them to be kind and loving to one another, but it does make us laugh sometimes. That is the rarity though. Lately they have been getting along really well. It's precious to see them laughing together and playing. I'm amazed at how much Weston understands her and the levels that he's already playing compared to Addison because she wasn't around children as much. I love watching them have fun together and it excites me to think about all the wonderful brother and sister bonding moments they will have!
LOVE the pictures! I had to smile on Nathan only being able to open your door on dates. Jeremy does the same thing for me....on dates. Our hands are just too full any other time. Makes the date even more special, don't you think?
