I was waiting all week to hear from the agency and people kept asking me this weekend if we had heard. I told everyone no and hopefully it would be this week but that I didn't except to hear today because it was Columbus day. Well about 5pm, I got a call from a lady named Sarah at the agency. When she told me that she wanted to say Congratulations for getting into the program I started crying! What beautiful words! It was like hearing, "You're pregnant" or seeing those two pink lines! :) I have started another blog that will only be about things to do with the adoption. It's hard not to get too excited because we know that it can be anywhere from about 18 months to 3 years before we bring our child home but we are believing for a quick and complicated free process! That being said, we are extremely excited and Nathan brought home a bottle of my favorite sparkling wine to celebrate! (A plus to not actually seeing two pink lines!) :) As always, thank you to those of you who are praying for us!!
