When Nathan does the dishes, no matter if there are just a few or a lot, 99% of the time he will leave a few items in the sink. Drives me nuts! I appreciate the help, but why not just finish the job so you can clean the sink too?! He calls it "Job Security". Says if he leaves those few in there, I'll keep him coming back to clean. haha I call it, a half-a job...
But in light of my job being incomplete I am choosing to see it his way right now. I have yet to finish organizing. I still have those two hall closets to do. I barely started the big one and felt daunted by the task. After Logan left I spent a while getting my house back to where it was. Lately I've been so busy with play dates, field trips, school parties, errands, etc. that my normal chores had fallen behind so I've been trying to get back on the 'ole obsessive cleaning wagon. I seem to be an all or nothing type cleaner. I either spend my days making the house perfect or do nothing and it looks terrible. Nathan keeps telling me I get burnt out. He is right, but I can't seem to find that happy medium quite yet. So for now the last two closets will wait until I'm ready to take them on. But hey...at least I have job security. *wink*
